No, our training style is more of a cross training style workout. Mix of strength and conditioning, resistance/cardio. Weights are never prescribed to any individual.

Are you a monthly membership?

Yes, all of our memberships are set for auto-draft.

Personal Training session cancellations must be given within a 12hr time period.
